These are some of my own recipes that I came up with. Hope that you enjoy them.

Apple Cinnamon Raisin Quick Bread

1 Cinnamon Swirl Quick Bread Mix
¾ Cup Water
2 Eggs
3 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 Cup Chopped Apples
½ Cup Raisins

Bake at 350º F. Generously grease the bottom of a loaf pan.
In large bowl, combine quick bread mix, ¾ cup water, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil and 2 eggs. Stir in 1 cup chopped apples and ½ cup raisins. Pour half of the batter into pan. Sprinkle with ½ cup of the swirl mix. Pour remaining batter over swirl mix. Spread carefully to cover. Sprinkle remaining swirl mix on top. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Do not over cook.

Double Fudge Cherry Brownies

1 Fudge Brownie Mix (19.8 oz. Box)
½ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup water
2 eggs
2/3 cup chocolate chips
1 cup cherry pie filling

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease bottom of 13 x 9 pan. Empty mix into bowl. Add ½ cup vegetable oil, ¼ cup water, 2 eggs, 2/3 cup chocolate chips, 1 cup cherry pie filling. Mix with a spoon until ingredients are mixed. Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake for 28 to 30 minutes.
